Returns/Exchanges

Please contact us when you have problem with the item you bought and we will always provide a solution for you.

If the garment we sent has quality problem or size error, Please contact me and send the clothes back within 30days after the package is received. We will find a solution for you, either by giving a refund or by sending a replacement.


If you order a wrong size, you can exchange the right size free of charge (only the same design), but you need to bear the shipping costs.

Before returning, pls contact us for the returning address since we can't refund you or exchange for you if the package is lost or sent to a wrong adress. And in some cases, you may get it altered easily at your place, which can save the shipping cost for you. If the size is wrong due to an error on our part, and you decide to get it altered, we will give you a partial refund.

For refund case, please keep the clothing new and clean. I will refund you as soon as I get the item in original condition (without wearing, trace of perfume, washed, spoiled in any way).

Since a custom made piece is not able to resell to others, please make sure you do want to buy it, it can't be exchanged or returned if the fault is not down to us. If a custom made piece doesn't fit you correctly, I will remake and send you for free or pay you the alteration cost (which is no more than the item price) as long as the fault is down to us.

If you have not received the parcel 6 weeks after the shipping day, please contact us and we will resend it to you with registerred airmail to make sure it can be trackable. For the lost order, we cannot refund the payment to you since the shipping is not controlled by the seller and we are not responsible for it.

Our clothing is as pictured and shown on the models, however, it may look different on you. Please think carefully if the style and shape will really fit you when buying to avoid any unhappiness.

We make every effort to display the colors of each garment as accurately as possible. However, each monitor reproduces colors differently, therefore the color that you see may be slightly different from the actual color. Always refer to the description or just convo us if unsure.

And since these are handmade garments, please allow small difference in measurement (limited to 1-3cm).
